Who gets access to the data

The support live chat runs on the Chatwoot platform. Messages sent to the chat are processed on our support server.

Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in a secure data center. Only employees who need access for their work have it. Passwords are stored as hashes; we do not process or store card payment data — payments are handled by payment providers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account together with its history. Contact support to do so. An account can be deleted if it has no pending orders or disputes.
