About the service

VirtualMRKT is an online store of digital goods: games, gift cards, subscriptions and balance top-ups.

VirtualMRKT is not the owner or representative of the brands, games and services listed on the site. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Placing an order

• Before paying, check the product name, denomination, activation region and the data you entered (login, account ID).
• You can pay from your internal account balance or directly — the available methods are shown at checkout.
• An unpaid order is automatically cancelled after 30 minutes.

Delivery

Most digital products are delivered automatically once the payment is confirmed. In some cases fulfilment may take longer — the status is visible on the order page and in your account.

A guest order page link is valid for 24 hours. Registered users can always find their orders under “My orders”.

Activation regions

Each product shows its activation region. The buyer is responsible for checking that the region matches their account. An incorrectly chosen region is not grounds for a refund if the code has been delivered and activated.

Account and balance

• One person may use one account.
• The internal balance is not electronic money and can only be used for purchases on VirtualMRKT.
• We may restrict account access if we detect fraud or violations of these terms.

Prohibited use

• Using the service for money laundering or paying with stolen cards.
• Reselling goods in violation of the rules of the respective platforms.
• Attempting to bypass the site's technical restrictions.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the paid product or refunding the payment according to the refund policy. We are not responsible for actions of third-party platforms: account suspensions or changes to activation terms — but we will help resolve such situations through support.

The current version of the terms is always available on this page. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the new version.
